Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine masa harina and salt. Add water gradually, stirring well, until the dough comes together and forms a ball.
2.Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and roll each into a ball.
3.Place a ball between two sheets of plastic wrap or in a tortilla press and press down until a flat disc is formed.
4.Heat a non-stick skillet or comal (griddle) over medium heat and cook each tortilla for about 30-60 seconds on each side or until slightly browned.
