Ingredients

chicken breast , sliced in half lengthwise

2/3 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup water

2 cups rice

100 g beans , finely chopped
2 carrots , finely chopped
1 onion , sliced

2 spring onions , finely chopped
2 -3 green chilies , cut lenghtwise
1 teaspoon ginger , chopped finely
1 teaspoon garlic , finely chopped
2 tablespoons soya sauce
salt & pepper

Instructions

9.Add ginger, garlic and green chillies and fry for 2-3 minutes.
10.Add carrots and beans and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
11.Add cabbage, salt and pepper and cook for 1-2 minutes.
12.Add the rice to the vegetable mixture and stir until the vegetables and rice are fully combined.
13.Add soya sauce, spring onions and stir for another 1-2 minutes.
