Ingredients

8 pints skim milk
1 pint plain yogurt , greek with live cultures
1 bag frozen blueberries or ( 12 ounce ) bag fruit
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

1.Pour the milk into a large pot and heat on medium-high heat until it reaches 175°F.
2.Remove from heat and allow to cool to 110°F.
3.In a small bowl mix 1 pint of live culture Greek yogurt with ¾ cup of warm milk until smooth.
4.Pour the yogurt mixture into the pot and whisk thoroughly.
5.Cover the pot with a lid and wrap in a large towel.
6.Allow it to culture for 6-12 hours at room temperature.
7.7.When ready, refrigerate yogurt until chilled.
8.While the yogurt cools, heat the blueberries, water and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat.
9.Cook, stirring occasionally, until the blueberries burst and become syrupy.

12.Pour yogurt over the fruit mixture.
