Ingredients

For the pork :
5 Goya Guajillo Chiles
5 Goya Pasilla Chiles or Goya Ancho Chiles
1 chipotle pepper from a can of Goya Chipotle Chile in Adobo Sauce
1 medium white onion , halved
1 can Goya Pineapple Chunks
1/4 cup Goya White Vinegar
2 tablespoons Goya Minced Garlic
1 teaspoon Goya Cumin
Goya Adobo with Pepper , to taste
1 boneless , skinless pork butt , cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 tablespoons Goya Vegetable Oil
For the garnish :
1 package Goya Corn Tortillas , warmed
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 lime , cut into wedges
Tacos al Pastor is a popular street food in Mexico, commonly made with marinated pork that's cooked on a spit and then served on a tortilla with pineapple and onion. Instructions

1.Soak Goya Guajillo Chiles and Goya Pasilla Chiles or Goya Ancho Chiles in boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Once softened, remove stems, seeds and veins.
2.In a blender, puree the softened Guajillo and Pasilla Chiles, the chipotle pepper, pineapple chunks, vinegar, garlic, cumin, and Adobo to create a paste.
3.Place the pork cubes in a bowl and combine with the paste.
4.In a large skillet or Dutch oven, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
5.Add the pork and cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
6.Serve on warmed Goya Corn Tortillas with chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice on top.
