2 stalks spring onions ( chopped )

Instructions

1.Marinate the pork fillets in the black vinegar, soya sauce, black soy sauce, sugar, Chinese wine, sesame oil, chili, minced garlic, corn flour, salt & pepper for at least 2 hours.

3.Cook the pork fillets for 4-5 minutes per side, until fully cooked.
4.Slice the buns in half and grill them until toasted.
5.Layer the pork fillets and sprinkle chopped spring onions on top.
6.Drizzle extra sauce on top of the pork fillets.
7.Close the bun and serve.
