Ingredients

1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup orange blossom honey
2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
1/2 - 1 teaspoon sriracha spicy chili with garlic sauce ( to taste )
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 scallion , thinly sliced
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
4 lbs pork loin , ribs cut chinese style or 4 lbs baby-back ribs
salt
fresh ground black pepper
Hoisin-Ginger Baby Back Ribs are a delicious way to bring a little bit of Asian-inspired flavor to your dinner table. The ribs are seasoned with a sweet and tangy glaze made of hoisin sauce, honey, and freshly grated ginger. After slow roasting in the oven for several hours until they are fall-off-the-bone tender, the ribs are smothered in more of the glaze and broiled until caramelized and sticky. These ribs are perfect for a special occasion, a family barbecue, or a simple Sunday night dinner.

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
2.Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
3.In a medium bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, honey, grated ginger, sriracha sauce, vegetable oil, scallion, and rice wine vinegar.
4.Generously season both sides of the ribs with salt and black pepper.
5.Place ribs on the prepared baking sheet and brush the glaze generously all over the ribs.
6.Cover the ribs with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 3 hours.
7.Remove the foil from the ribs and increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).
8.Brush more glaze on the ribs and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until the ribs are golden brown, sticky, and caramelized.
