Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and water until you have a thick batter.
2.Cover the bowl with a tea towel or cling film and leave in a warm place for 24 hours.
3.After 24 hours, stir the mixture and add another 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 cup of milk. Mix well.
4.Cover and leave it again for another 24 hours.
5.You can now share with friends or store part of the mixture in your fridge.
6.Feed the remaining mixture with 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 cup of milk. Mix well and leave for another 24 hours before using or storing.
7.Note: To store the mixture, cover the container loosely and place it in the fridge. You can refresh the mixture every 5 to 10 days by discarding half the mixture and feeding the remaining half 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 cup of milk.
