2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil
salt and pepper
1 bunch watercress , well washed , for serving

Instructions

3.Slowly pour in a quarter cup of extra virgin olive oil and stir until your salsa is well combined. Set aside.

10.Serve immediately with a side of fresh watercress leaves.
