Ingredients

1/2 tablespoon canola oil
1/2 lb fresh picked crabmeat
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup chopped flat leaf parsley
1/4 cup basil chiffonade
1 shallot , minced
salt
white pepper , to taste
4 sheets yaki nori ( toasted sea weed sheets )

Instructions

1.In a bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, canola oil, salt and white pepper.
2.Add in the crabmeat, cilantro, parsley, basil and shallot. Stir until the ingredients are well mixed.
3.Place a sheet of yaki nori on a cutting board or sushi mat.
4.Spread a quarter of the crab mixture onto the nori sheet, leaving a border around the edges.
5.Roll the nori tightly around the crab mixture, tucking in the sides as you go.
6.Repeat with the remaining nori sheets and crab mixture.
7.Slice each roll into 6 pieces and serve.
