Ingredients

1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar

1 package frozen puff pastry , thawed for 30 minutes ( 2 sheets )
2 egg whites , lightly beaten with
1 teaspoon cold water
2 tablespoons sugar
1 pint vanilla ice cream , for serving

Instructions
