8 ounces cream cheese , softened
1 pint sour cream
1 cup chopped onion
1 lb egg noodles
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.

8.Add remaining beef mixture and noodles on top of the cream cheese mixture.
9.Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
10.Bake casserole for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
11.Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
