3 cups boiling vegetable broth

Instructions

6.Remove from heat and add the Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Stir until the cheese has melted and everything is well combined.
7.Serve the risotto hot with a dollop of butter on top if desired.
