Ingredients

1/2 lb ground turkey

1/2 cup red pepper , chopped
2 cups salsa , divided
19 ounces black beans , drained and rinsed ( one can )
1/2 cup shredded cheese ( Cheddar or mixed )
2 tablespoons Italian salad dressing
8 whole wheat tortillas , 6 inches each
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
