Ingredients

24 dried sponge cake fingers
500 g Quark
4 tablespoons confectioners ' sugar
150 ml strong coffee
60 ml Kahlua
3 cups mixed berries
100 g chocolate , finely grated

Instructions

1.In a bowl, stir together Quark and confectioner's sugar until well combined.
2.In a separate bowl, mix coffee and Kahlua together.
3.Dip each sponge cake finger into the coffee and Kahlua mixture until coated.
4.In a 9x13 inch dish, place a layer of the soaked sponge cake fingers.
5.Spread half of the Quark mixture over the sponge cake layer.
6.Sprinkle half of the mixed berries over the Quark layer.
7.Repeat with another layer of soaked sponge cake fingers, Quark mixture, and mixed berries.
8.Sprinkle the finely grated chocolate over the top layer of mixed berries.
9.Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight, before serving.
