Instructions

3.Peel and slice the fresh chinese yams.
4.In a pot, add 4 cups of water and the soaked lotus seeds, euryale seeds, coix seeds, chinese angelica, fresh chinese yams, and pork ribs. Bring to a boil and skim off any foam.
5.Add 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 hours.
6.Serve hot.
