5 ml vinegar , In place of same quantity of warm water ( optional )
300 ml warm water
400 g strong white bread flour
13 13 g firm margarine or 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
5 g salt ( I use Lo-salt without any problems ) or 1 teaspoon salt ( I use Lo-salt without any problems )
3 g bread machine yeast

Instructions

1.Add the warm water and vinegar to the bread machine pan.
2.Add the bread flour, margarine or oil, salt, and bread machine yeast, in that order.
3.Select the French bread cycle on your machine and press start.
4.Once the cycle is complete, remove the bread from the machine and allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
