Ingredients

1 cup yogurt , plain or 1 cup vanilla
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup oil
1 cup chocolate chips or 1 cup berries
Healthy Chocolate-Berry Muffins are a perfect snack that can be enjoyed on-the-go or while sitting at a table. This muffin is a healthier version of the classic chocolate muffin, as we have replaced the unhealthy ingredients with more wholesome alternatives. Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2.Combine all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl – the Flours, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar.
3.Then in a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, the oil, the Vanilla and the Yogurt until everything is well combined.
4.Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients.
5.Fold in the chocolate chips or berries into the mixture.
6.Scoop the mixture into muffin cups.
7.Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the muffins bounce back in the center when pressed.
8.Allow the muffins to cool in the muffin pan for 5 minutes and then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
