Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2.Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
3.In a large bowl, mix together the drained crushed pineapple, dry bread crumbs, milk, lightly beaten egg, smoky sweet red pepper flakes, and salt and ground black and white pepper to taste.
4.On a separate plate, arrange the wonton wrappers. Take each wrapper and add about 1 tablespoon of the pineapple mixture to the center of the wrapper.
5.Brush the edges of the wrapper with water and then fold up the sides to create a little parcel.
6.Place each parcel on the greased baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil.
