1 1/2 cups green peas , shelled , boiled and mashed
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 cup cilantro , chopped
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
water , for kneading ( Go slow on this ! ! )
oil ( for shallow frying )

Instructions
