Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon garam masala

300 ml skim milk
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
6 -8 hardboiled egg , peeled and cut lengthways in half

Instructions

1.Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add onions and fry till they turn golden brown in color
2.Add ginger and fry for a minute.
3.Add tomato paste, cumin, coriander, garam masala, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper and mix well.
4.Add chicken stock and cook for 2 minutes till the mixture thickens.
5.Add milk and bring it to a boil.
6.Lower the heat, simmer for 5 mins till the sauce thickens.
7.Add lemon juice, stir and turn off the heat.
8.Arrange the boiled eggs on a plate and pour the prepared sauce over them.
9.Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with bread or roti.
