250 g skinless chicken
1 cup chopped coriander
4 tablespoons mint leaves
6 green chilies
4 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
4 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

1.In a blender, mix together the coriander, mint, green chilies, garlic and ginger with a splash of water until it forms a smooth paste.
2.In a bowl, mix the chicken with salt and half of the green masala paste. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
3.In a pan, heat the oil on medium heat and add the marinated chicken, cooking each side for about 3-4 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
4.In a separate bowl, mix together the remaining green masala paste with the yogurt and lemon juice. Serve over the cooked chicken.
