Ingredients

8 ounces handkaes
fresh ground black pepper
3/4 lb pork fat , fresh or 3/4 lb olive oil
1 medium onion , coarsely chopped
3 flat anchovy fillets , drained
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon vinegar
caraway seed ( optional )

Instructions

1.Cut handkaes cheese into small cubes and place in a serving dish.
2.Add fresh ground black pepper to the cheese cubes and mix gently.

8.Pour the egg mixture over the cheese cubes in the serving dish.
9.Top with caraway seeds (optional).
10.Serve immediately with crunchy bread rolls and enjoy!
