Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 180°F (82°C).

3.Transfer the mixture to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread it out evenly, about 1/4 inch thick.
4.Bake the beef jerky in the oven for about 8-10 hours or until the jerky is dry enough.
5.Let the beef jerky cool and pat off any excess oil before serving.
