1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon fresh parsley , chopped
1 cup tasty cheese , grated
1 cup parmesan cheese , freshly grated

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F/180°Cfan-forced.
2.In a pan, heat oil at medium heat and saute leek and garlic. Cook until leek is soft.
3.Grease a 6 muffin tray and line it with six slices of ham.
4.Beat eggs and add cream, pepper, salt, nutmeg, and parsley. Mix well.
5.Add the leek and cheese to the egg mixture. Stir well.
6.Pour the mixture over the prepared ham in the tray.
7.Bake for 15-20 minutes or until you see a golden-brown color.
