10 lbs smoked ham
2 small onions , chopped
1 leek , finely chopped
1 5/8 quarts red wine
1/2 lb mushroom , sliced
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup water
salt
pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 325 F.

8.When ham is cooked, remove from baking dish and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
