4 baking potatoes ( about 1 1/2 pounds )
1 cup diced ham ( about 6 ounces )
1 cup shredded swiss cheese , divided
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onion , divided
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Instructions
