Instructions

1.Remove the crusts from the bread slices and soak them in water for a few minutes.

7.Roll each ball in flour to coat.
8.Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
9.Add the keftedes to the pan, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for two to three minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
