2 teaspoons italian seasoning , divided
6 halibut fillets
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2.In a medium bowl, mix together diced tomatoes, black olives, green olives, garlic, capers, anchovy paste or fillets, and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
3.Arrange halibut fillets on a baking dish greased with olive oil, and sprinkle with remaining Italian seasoning. Pour tomato mixture over the fish.
4.Bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve hot.
