32 ounces lime juice
300 g Clamato juice
100 g ketchup ( Yes , Really ! )
55 g sugar
50 g salt
1 English cucumber ( Large )
1 bunch cilantro ( For Garnish )

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, combine halibut, lime juice, Clamato juice, ketchup, sugar, and salt.
2.Mix well and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
3.Dice the cucumber and Roma tomatoes and chop cilantro.
4.Add diced tomato, onion, cucumber, and cilantro to the ceviche mixture just before serving.
5.Serve with tortilla chips or on tostada shells.
