PROS

These cupcakes are a healthier twist on traditional Hanukkah cupcakes, using whole wheat flour and almond milk in place of white flour and cow’s milk.
They are also easy to make and provide a festive treat for the Festival of Lights.

CONS

While these cupcakes are a healthier option, they still contain sugar and butter, so they should be consumed in moderation.
They may also not be suitable for those with nut allergies.

HEALTH & BENEFITS

The use of whole wheat flour adds fiber to the cupcakes, which can aid in digestion and promote feelings of fullness. Almond milk is a dairy-free alternative that can be lower in calories and fat than cow’s milk, while still providing essential nutrients like calcium and vitamin D.
