Ingredients

1 pinch ground ginger
1 pinch ground cloves
1 pinch ground allspice
1 cup milk
3/4 teaspoon honey , or to taste
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1.Add the turmeric, cardamom, black pepper, ginger, cloves, and allspice to a small saucepan.
2.Pour the milk into the saucepan.

4.Remove the saucepan from the heat.
5.Stir in the honey and vanilla extract until completely mixed.
6.Divide the turmeric milk between two mugs and serve immediately.
