1 can chopped tomatoes

4 large potatoes , peeled and thinly sliced

1/2 cup of grated mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup cream

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.In a saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté til translucent, then add garlic and habanero peppers and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
3.Add the can of chopped tomatoes, chicken bouillon cube, and 1/2 cup of water. Simmer until the mixture thickens to your desired consistency.
4.Grease a 9x9 baking dish and layer the sliced potatoes. Pour the sauce over the potatoes and cover with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
5.Remove the foil, sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese all over the top, then pour the cream on top. Return to the oven for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
