Instructions

1.In a food processor, blend together the garbanzo beans, roasted red bell pepper, 10 raw garlic cloves, roasted garlic cloves, tahini, salt, cumin, habanero pepper (or habanero powder), lemon juice, and olive oil until smooth.
2.Taste and adjust seasoning as required.
3.Serve chilled, topped with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of cayenne or paprika.
