Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs chicken wings ( I get Foster Farms )
5 habanero peppers , finely minced
4 tablespoons butter
1 large onion , Chopped
5 garlic cloves , Minced
2 small limes ( for about a tsp of very finely minced lime skin and all the juice and the soft pulp )
1/3 cup honey
Frank 's red hot sauce

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the chopped onion and garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent, then add in the finely minced habanero peppers.
3.Stir in the honey, lime juice and pulp, and Frank's RedHot sauce, stirring until well combined.
4.Add the chicken wings to the skillet and toss them in the sauce, making sure they are well-coated.
5.Transfer the wings to the prepared baking sheet and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
6.Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
