Ingredients

1 poblano pepper
4 habanero peppers
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
4 teaspoons lime juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon cayenne ( red pepper )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

5.In a blender, combine the roasted peppers, water, distilled white vinegar, lime juice, salt, black pepper, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, liquid smoke, garlic powder, paprika, turmeric, chili powder, and cayenne pepper.
6.Blend the ingredients on high until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
7.Transfer the hot sauce to a saucepan and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
8.Remove from heat and let the hot sauce cool before storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
