Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix together the ground lamb, ground beef, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, ground pepper, thyme, salt, cinnamon, and allspice until well combined.
2.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degree C).
3.Press the meat mixture into a loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes.
4.While the loaf is baking, prepare the tsatziki sauce by mixing together the sour cream, grated cucumber, garlic powder, salt, parsley, and dill.
5.Once the loaf is fully cooked, remove from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes to cool.
6.Serve the slices of the gyro loaf with a spoonful of tsatziki sauce on top.
