2 large potatoes or 3 medium potatoes
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 green pepper , chopped
1 lb lean ground beef
2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
1 1/2 cups salsa ( medium )
1 1/2 cups water
flour tortilla , warmed

Instructions

1.Take a pot and add water to it. Boil the potatoes until tender. Once done, mash them and keep them aside.
2.Take another pan and heat oil in it. Add onions and green peppers and sauté for about 3-4 minutes.
3.Add ground beef and cook until browned well.
4.To this, add beef bouillon granules, salsa, water and mashed potatoes. Mix everything well.
5.Cook this mixture for about 10-15 minutes until it reaches a thick consistency.
6.Take warm flour tortillas and place a spoonful of the mixture in the center. Roll it up and serve.
