Ingredients

4 slices pork loin , cut in 1/2-inch slices
4 onion rolls ( kaiser rolls will work just as well )
8 slices swiss cheese
2 medium onions , cut in half and thin sliced ( you want to end up with approximately 1-1/2 cups cooked )
1 1/2 cups guinness beer ( a good dark beer will also work )
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
salt
pepper
2 cups of pre-shredded coleslaw mix
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F.
