1 jicama

Instructions

1.Cut avocados into small cubes and place in a bowl. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of lime juice and toss to coat.
2.Cut the top and bottom off the oranges and slice away the peel, pith, and membranes. Cut the orange into slices.
3.Peel jicama and slice into thin sticks or cubes.
4.Rinse lettuce, separate leaves and spin them dry.
5.Add jicama, lettuce and olives to the bowl with the avocado. Toss to combine.
6.Arrange orange slices on top.
7.Prepare dressing by whisking together orange juice, lime juice, honey, salt, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
8.Drizzle dressing over salad and serve chilled.
