Ingredients

2 ripe avocados
3 tomatoes
1 onion
1/2 red chili pepper
1/2 green chili pepper ( jalapeno )
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped coriander ( cilantro )
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1/2 cup oil
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Guasacaca Sauce is a traditional sauce from Venezuela and is similar to the Mexican Guacamole. Unlike Guacamole, this sauce is an interesting blend of ingredients that has a unique taste that is hard to describe. Instructions

1.Dice the tomatoes, onion and chili peppers.
2.Halve, pit and cube the avocados and put them into a large bowl.
3.Add the diced vegetables to the avocado, along with the chopped parsley and coriander.
4.Stir gently to mix ingredients together.
5.Add vinegar, oil, salt and pepper and stir until ingredients are well mixed.
6.Transfer the mixture into a blender.
7.Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
8.Once complete, transfer the mixture back into the bowl and serve.
