2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic
1 large onion , finely chopped
1 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes ( optional )

3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 can mushrooms , well drained and coarsely chopped
7 -8 ounces feta cheese ( can use less or to taste )
1 1/2 cups chopped olives , divided ( green or black )
1 large prepared pizza dough ( or use two 10-ounce cans refrigerated pizza crusts )
oil , for brushing
1 teaspoon garlic powder , divided ( or to taste )
4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese , divided ( or to taste )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 425°F.

6.Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface. Spread the oil and sprinkle garlic powder on top of the dough.
7.Spread feta cheese and olives on top of the pizza dough. Leave some aside for topping the beef.
8.Add the cooled beef mixture to the top of the feta cheese and olives. Evenly spread everything out, and then sprinkle olives and parmesan cheese on top.
9.Starting with a long edge, roll up the dough tightly. Pinch the ends to seal and fold the sides underneath.
10.Place on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
11.Remove from the oven and let sit for 2-3 minutes before slicing and serving.
