250 g ground beef stew , with cubed potatoes , carrots , onions , tomatoes
15 tortillas
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 sliced lettuce
1 cup cream
1 tomatoes , sliced
1/2 onion , sliced
1 avocado , sliced
1 cup fresh cheese
salsa
refried beans
Ground Beef Flautas is a popular dish in Mexico and is enjoyed all over the world. These flautas are flour tortillas filled with a flavorful ground beef mixture and fried until crispy. Instructions

1.Heat a frying pan with a dash of oil and add the ground beef stew. Cook for 10-15 minutes on medium heat until browned.
2.Add sliced onions, cubed potatoes, tomatoes, and carrots to the beef and stir well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
3.Heat the tortillas on a flat pan and add the beef mixture to each tortilla. Roll them into tight rolls and secure with a toothpick.
4.In a deep pan heat the vegetable oil and fry each tortilla until golden brown.
5.Place the flautas on a paper towel to drain the excess oil.
6.Remove toothpicks and serve with lettuce, sliced onions, tomatoes, avocado, salsa, refried beans and fresh cheese.
