Ingredients

1 large prepared unbaked pastry shell

1 lb Italian sausage , casings removed ( or use 2 pounds ground beef )

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese ( or to taste )

1 large onion , chopped
2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic
2 large celery ribs , diced
2 carrots , peeled and diced
1 can sliced mushrooms , drained
1 1/2 cups canned corn niblets , drained
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 can beef broth ( undiluted ) or ( 10 ounce ) can consomme ( undiluted )
2 tablespoons very soft butter
2 tablespoons flour

Instructions
