1 cup water , plus
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon malt extract
3 1/2 cups unbleached flour , sifted
2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons semolina
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon water

Instructions

8.Brush each breadstick with egg yolk. Mix remaining water and egg yolk in a small bowl and brush over the breadsticks. Lastly, sprinkle sesame seeds over them.
9.Place them in the oven and bake until golden brown - approximately 18-22 minutes. Once done, remove them from the oven and let them cool.
