2 tablespoons vegetable oil , plus more if needed

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and sriracha chili-garlic sauce.
2.Spread the spicy mayo mixture onto one side of each slice of bread.
3.On four of the bread slices, layer the sliced cheese and roasted turkey. Top with the sauerkraut.
4.Close the sandwiches with the remaining bread slices, pressing down lightly.
5.In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
