4 pieces rye bread ( or pumpernickle )
4 slices swiss cheese
2 slices tomatoes
3 tablespoons salted butter , melted

Instructions

1.Preheat your panini press/griddle or skillet. Spread a tablespoon of melted butter on one side of each slice of rye bread.
2.Place a slice of swiss cheese on each of two slices of bread with the buttered side down. Top with a slice of tomato.
3.Place the remaining bread slices with the buttered side up.
4.Griddle them for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the cheese has melted, and the bread is toasted to golden brown.
