Ingredients

1 can tuna
1/2 onion
1/2 jalapeno
1 sheet nori ( dried seaweed )
4 1/2 ounces rice ( uncooked Korean or Japanese rice )
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon korean red pepper paste
1/2 tablespoon sugar water
1/2 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon sake
Onigiri is a traditional Japanese snack that is usually made by shaping sticky rice into triangular or oval shapes and then filling them with different ingredients such as salmon, pickled plum or seasoned vegetables. Instructions

1.Cook the rice and let it cool down.
2.Drain tuna and mix with chopped onion and jalapeno. Add 1 tablespoon of Korean red pepper paste, 1/2 tablespoon of sugar water, 1/2 tablespoon of water, 1 tablespoon of sake, a pinch of salt, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Mix well.
3.Take about 1/4 cup of cooked rice and make it into a ball, pressing with both of your palms. Place a spoonful of spicy tuna in the center of the rice ball and then cover it with more rice, so that you have what looks like a triangular rice ball. Repeat the process until you're out of ingredients.
4.Cut nori sheets into thin strips and wrap it around each onigiri.
5.Grill onigiri directly or in a pan over medium heat until the rice is golden brown as the seaweed crisps.
