Ingredients

1 whole chicken , cut in four to six parts
1 stick cinnamon
3 cloves
5 pieces fresh lime leaves

1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cm ginger
2 cm galangal
3 cm turmeric

Instructions

3.Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
4.In a separate pot, heat the cooking oil over medium heat. Add the cinnamon, cloves, lime leaves, and lemongrass. Stir until fragrant.
