Ingredients

2 lbs top sirloin steaks
1 bunch fresh parsley , about 2 cups leaves
4 garlic cloves , minced
1 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar ( to taste )
3 tablespoons water
1 1/2 teaspoons salt ( to taste )
1 teaspoon black pepper ( to taste )

Instructions
