1 lemon , juice of
2 shallots , minced
2 jalapenos , seeds removed , and diced

1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
salt & pepper , to taste

Instructions
